We encounter air pressure. Similar effects bring us closer to the phenomenon.

We encounter air pressure:

1. Place a paper ball in the bottle neck and try to blow it into it.

2. Try to blow up a balloon in the bottle. In the first attempt it doesn’t work. Is it possible if there is a drinking straw in the bottle neck? Why is that?

3. We put a funnel on the bottle and fill with water. Then we repeat the experiment, but first seal the connection between the bottle neck and funnel dough from. Does anything change? Measure the times!

Result: Amazingly, the paper ball cannot be moved into the bottle and the balloon in the bottle cannot be inflated (without a drinking straw). If we blow into the bottle neck, the air pressure in the bottle increases. The paper ball is therefore pushed out when blowing in!
